7-Day Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days from the date of your purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. Eligibility:
• Refunds are available only for paid subscriptions or services related to the generation of word clouds from live speech.
• Free trials or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.
2. Refund Process:
• To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@sumupcloud.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order number, the email used to make the purchase, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting the refund.
3. Conditions for Refund:
• Refunds will be granted for users who experience technical difficulties that prevent them from using the service, and where the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
• Refunds may also be granted if the service fails to deliver as described or if there is a proven error in word cloud generation.
• Refunds will not be issued for requests made after the 7-day period, or in cases of misuse or violation of our terms of service.
4. Processing Time:
• Once your refund request is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original method of payment.
5. Modifications to Services:
• If you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription, any refund requests must still be made within the original 7-day window from the date of the initial purchase.
